Overview
Caller ID is a telephone feature that displays a caller's phone number on the recipient's phone before the call is answered. We can assign Caller IDs to Campaigns, Queues, and Lists.
Keep in mind that if you set a Caller ID on the List, it will override all other Caller IDs in the system.

Configure the List's Caller ID
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the Lists menu option.
The Manage Lists page will open.
3.) Click the List Name.
The View List page will open on the List Settings tab.
4.) Configure the Caller ID.
- (A) Country Code: Select the DID's country code.
- (B) Phone Number: Enter the 10-digit phone number.
Note: We do not control the name that appears on Caller IDs.
5.) Click Apply Changes.
