Overview
Lists can be thought of as containers for Leads. They provide more organization and control over Leads as a tool for Lead Management. This article will discuss creating new Lists, sorting Lists, and activating or deactivating Lists.

Create a New List
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the Lists menu option.
The Manage Lists page will open.
3.) Click the Add List button.
The Add a List page will open.
4.) Configure the List Settings:
- (A) Name: Enter a name for other areas. This name must be at least 10 characters.
- (B) Campaign: Select the Campaign the List will belong to in the drop-down.
- (C) List Caller ID: (Optional) This phone number will be the default Caller ID if Area Code-based Caller ID is not enabled. Area Code Caller ID will ignore this setting unless the Campaign's ACID List has no Caller ID match. This setting will also override the Campaign's default Caller ID.
- (D) Status: This toggle controls whether the List is Active and ready to Dial.
- (E) Description: (Optional) Enter a short description for the Leads stored within this List.
5.) Click the Create List button.
Sort Lead Lists
On the Manage Lists page, you can sort your Lists.
1.) Click the List Name column heading to activate the Sort feature.
List Name will turn dark blue, and a downward arrow will appear (Descending). Sorting from Names with the first letter closer to Z to Names with the first letter closer to A.
2.) Click List Name again to reverse the order.
An upward arrow will appear, and the order will switch to Ascending.
You can perform these steps to sort your Lists by List ID, Campaign, Status, Last Called, Created Date, Last Modify, Total Leads, Dialable Leads, and New Leads.
3.) Click any other column heading to sort your Lists by that attribute.
Activate or Deactivate Lists
A List must be Active to be loaded in the Hopper. However, Lists need to be Inactive if you want to assign them to a different Campaign.
Single List
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the Lists menu option.
The Manage Lists page will open.
3.) Locate the Status column and click the toggle to switch between Active and Inactive.
Note: The third possible List Status is Archived. Lists cannot be unarchived from the Managed Lists page. You can set a List to Unarchived in the List Settings tab on the View List page.
Multiple Lists
1.) Follow steps 1&2 in the section above to open Manage Lists.
2.) To search Lists by Active or Inactive Status, use the Filter By fields.
- (A) Select Status from this drop-down.
- (B) Select Active or Off from this drop-down.
3.) Click the green Search button.
4.) Select the Lists by clicking the checkboxes in the Checkbox column on the left.
- To select all Lists displayed on the page, click the Select All checkbox.
5.) Click the green Activate Selection or red Deactivate Selection button.
