Lead Lists contain numbers for dialing with your Campaigns. This article walks through how to assign a List to a Campaign. This is the List that will fill your Hopper when Agents login to the Campaign.

Assignning a List to a Campaign

1.) Click the Call Center main menu.

2.) Click the Lists menu option.

The Manage Lists page will open.

3.) Click the Edit option in the Action gearwheel drop-down to open the settings.

The List Settings will open.

4.) Select the Campaign Name in the Campaign drop-down.

5.) Click the Apply Changes button.
