Overview
Leads are stored in Lead Lists, which are linked to Campaigns for dialing. This article will teach us how to delete Leads from a List in bulk. You may delete large portions of the Leads or empty the whole List. This process will remove the Leads while leaving the List intact.
This can be helpful when dripping trash statuses to a List and you do not want to reconfigure your Drip.
Note: Once a List is emptied, the Leads will no longer be recoverable.

Empty a List
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the Lists menu option.
The Manage Lists page will open.
3.) Change the List Status to Inactive.
4.) Click the Empty option in the Action gearwheel drop-down.
The Empty List window will open.
5.) Configure which Leads will be kept.

(A) Assign Statuses to Keep:
Highlight Statuses with your mouse and move them to the Keep Leads with these Statuses group.- Move Individual Statuses by clicking the < or > buttons.
- To move all Statuses, click the << or >> button.
- (B) Keep all Leads which have Callbacks: Check this box to keep the Leads with scheduled Callbacks.
6.) Click Empty.
A Success window will open.
7.) Click Close.
Note: It is best practice to reset your Hopper to ensure that none of the removed Leads are waiting to be dialed.
