Feature Update - November 2023

The ClearCallerID Dashboard (CCID) gives real-time data on the flagged status of your phone numbers. This month we rolled out Automated Remediation Management (ARM) as an extension to simplify the process of ensuring Campaigns are using clean numbers. The automated rotation of resting and activating will also reduce the overall amount of flagged numbers.

When enabled, ARM will automatically Rest a set percentage of your flagged numbers. Resting numbers will not be used for dialing. As the flags go away, the numbers will be cycled back into an Active status.

The tool also makes changes to the Inbound Numbers and ACID List pages so that you can easily track whether numbers are Active or Resting.

Single Sign-On

Say hello to Convoso's new Single Sign-On feature. Previously, Convoso's SSO capabilities were less customizable. Admins will now have the ability to configure their Single Sign-On settings based on the needs of their Account.

We want to simplify ease of access and take away the need for Agents and Admins to maintain multiple logins for multiple platforms.
