Continually new and changing regulations make managing a successful and compliant outbound call center more and more complex. Convoso works to create tools and resources to support Admins in their compliance efforts.
One of these tools is our StateTracker rule engine, which uses state and area code filters to restrict Contact Attempts, including SMS, and adjust your Leads' Dialable Status according to set parameters. StateTracker is purpose-built to support compliance with new "mini" TCPA state laws governing outbound call centers.

This new addition to our Custom Reports produces a table for measuring and tracking this crucial KPI.
