Overview
This feature enables Admins to edit Lead details in bulk rather than individually.
With Mass Edit Leads, Admins can change information in the Lead Fields for multiple Leads at once.
Note: The system can only edit up to 200,000 Leads at a time. If you are editing more than this limit, you must do so in smaller batches.

Before you Begin
Some Reasons why an Admin may need to Mass Edit Leads:
- Applying a State to multiple Leads in the same State.
- A wrong value was sent in via API.
- Changing the Province, Country, or Postal Code for multiple Leads in the same areas.
- Reassigning Leads to new Lead Owners.
- New Lead Owners may be needed when
- An Agent/Lead Owner left the company
- An Agent owns too many Leads, and the Admin believes another Agent can better handle certain Leads.

Mass Edit Leads
1.) Click the Call Center menu.
2.) Click the Leads menu option.
The Manage Leads page will open.
3.) Search for Leads based on filters:
- (A) Start / End Date and Time (In PST) drop-down options are:
- Created At (Search by PST Timezone).
- Last Leads local Call Time (Search by Leads Timezone).
- (B) Filter By options include Standard Lead Fields and Searchable Custom Fields. To apply additional filters, click the Add Filter button.
- The first drop-down displays the available Lead Fields.
- The second drop-down contains a list of operators.
- The third field changes in response to the chosen Lead Field.
- (C) Order By: Sort the Leads in order based on the Field chosen.
- The first drop-down contains the available Lead Fields.
- The second drop-down contains Ascending and Descending.
4.) Click the Search button.
5.) Select the Leads to be edited by clicking the checkboxes to the left of the Lead ID column.
- Select specific Leads by clicking each checkbox individually, or select all the Leads on that page by clicking the checkbox at the top of the Checkbox column.
- To select all the Lead results click the link that appears at the top of the list. In the image below this is, Click here to select all 35 Leads that match this search link.
Note: Leads may currently be edited by other functions (Agents, API, Workflow Automation). Mass changes cannot be guaranteed not to conflict with other operations.
- To lower the chances of conflicting changes, it is recommended, but not required, to deactivate the intended Lists prior to making Mass Lead Changes.
Regardless of whether the lists are active or inactive, a confirmation window will open confirming how many Leads you want to edit.
6.) Click Mass Edit Leads.
A confirmation window will open.
7.) Click Edit Leads.
The Admin will have the opportunity to change almost all fields on the Lead Form.
- Some fields are protected from being changed. such as; the modified date or hidden fields.
8.) Configure Lead fields as needed. Regardless of the option, the edited fields will be updated for ALL selected Leads.
- (A) Lead Fields: Admins can specify the new value for Lead fields, according to the field type.
- (B) Clear Value: Checking this box will clear the value for all the selected Leads.
9.) Click the Apply Changes button to save your selections.
A Success window will open.
10.) Click the Close button.
