Overview
Lead information can be adjusted from both the Admin App and Agent Interface. Admins can also make editing Lead information only possible from the Admin App.
Contents:
Editing a Lead
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the Leads menu option.
The Manage Leads page will open.
3.) Click the green Search button to see your Leads.
4.) Click Edit in the Action gearwheel drop-down.
The Edit Lead page will open.
5.) Select the Layout that displays the information you want to edit.
6.) Edit the Fields as needed.
7.) Click the blue Apply Changes button.
Additional Lead Tabs
Below, you will find descriptions for the remaining tabs on the Edit Lead page. These tabs detail additional information about the Lead's history within the Account.
Timeline
This Lead tab shows the Lead's History, including Calls, Workflow Automation, modifications, etc.
Call Logs
The Call Logs tab shows the call history for the Lead.
- Click the Customize button to show/hide and rearrange the Column Headers.

Workflow Logs
The Workflow Logs tab shows Workflow Automations related to the Lead. Anytime a new Workflow triggers in relation to this Lead, it will be added to this Log.
Workflow Timeline
The Workflow Timeline tab shows the history of Workflow activity related to the Lead. It will show all Workflows that interacted with this Lead's information.
SMS Logs
This tab shows the SMS History for the Lead. The log details all text messages exchanged with the Lead.
