Important Notes for Upload Files
- Phone numbers must be 10 digits without the Country Code (IE. 8885554444).
- Avoid special characters except for dashes(-) in the phone number section.
- No special characters can be included in Header Section.
- The supported file types are comma-separated(.csv) and tab-delimited(.txt).
- The system automatically removes Ampersands (&) and asterisks (*).
- When data is uploaded in a text field, the following special characters are accepted: !@#$%^().
- If your file includes Lead Statuses, then they need to be in abbreviated form.
