Overview
This article walks through how an Admin can restrict Agent and other Admins from listening to recordings in specific Campaigns. The Campaign Access Level selections in the Data Access Level tab of User Settings will restrict access a User has to certain Campaigns.

User Settings Page
From the Dashboard, click on Account and select Users from the drop-down.
The Show Users page will open.
- Click the Action drop-down and click the Settings option.
Data Access Level
Data Access Level has two tabs for Data Access settings, one for Agents and one for Admins.
- Click the Data Access Level tab.
- Scroll down to Campaign Access Level section.
The Agent Data Access and Admin Data Access tabs look and work identically.
- You can follow the steps for both tabs in order to set Access Levels for Agents and other Admins.
Campaign Access Level
In the Campaign Access Level section of either tab:
- Select the Campaigns from the Cannot Access Campaigns box by clicking on the name.
- To select more than one Campaign using one of three (3) ways:
- Holding the Shift key while selecting multiple Campaigns.
- Click the mouse and hold on one Campaign name then drag to highlight multiple Campaigns listed together.
- Use the Command(mac)/Control(windows) key to select multiple Campaigns that are throughout the list.
- To select more than one Campaign using one of three (3) ways:
- Use the arrow buttons in the middle of the selection boxes to move Campaigns between Can Access and Cannot Access.
- To move ALL the Campaigns, use the double arrow buttons, no need to select the Campaigns, the entire list will move to the field the arrow points at.
- To move only your selection, use the single arrow buttons, facing the intended direction.
- Note: If the No Restrictions toggle is set to No, the section boxes will be hidden from the page in that section.
- Scroll Down the page, click the Apply Changes button in the bottom right.
The User will then only see recordings for the Campaigns to which they have been granted access.
