Overview
Admin Data Access settings customize an Admin's access to Account data.
This article will walk through the process of restricting an Admin's access to Call Logs and Recordings to only the Users and Campaigns assigned in the Data Access tab.
The Admin's access to Call Log Exports will also be impacted by these selections. Their User and Campaign access for Recordings and Call Logs type FTP Pushes will also be limited when this setting is enabled.

Before you Begin

Here is a brief explanation of the logic behind this setting.
An Admin assigned to User X and Campaign X will only see Logs associated with this User and Campaign.
- They will not see Logs associated with User Y and Campaign X because they cannot access User Y.
- They will not see Logs associated with User X and Campaign Y because they cannot access Campaign Y.
