Overview
Lead scrubbing ensures that your Campaign will avoid dialing Leads already on your DNC list. You can choose between checking against your Campaign's DNC list or all DNC entries in your Account.

Configure Check Against DNC Lists
1.) Click the Call Center menu.
2.) Click the Campaigns menu option.
The Show Campaigns page will open.
3.) Click the name of a Campaign to open the settings.
The Campaign Settings will open on the General tab.
4.) Click the Leads tab.
5.) Scroll down to DNC Settings.
6.) Configure Check Against DNC Lists:
- Disable: The system will not check Leads against either DNC list.

Campaign Specific: When the Hopper fills the system will check Leads against the Campaign's DNC list.
- The system will change Leads' Status to DNCC once found in this DNC list.

Global DNC: When the Hopper fills the system will check Leads against the Account's DNC list.
- The system will change Leads' Status to DNCL once found in this DNC list.
7.) Click Apply Changes.
