A Campaign can have many Lists attached to it but not all have to be turned on. Here we will show you how to turn your Lists on and off from within the Campaign Settings. However, the Hopper will only load Leads from Active Lists.

Activate or Deactivate a List in a Campaign
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the Campaigns menu option.
The Show Campaigns page will open.
3.) Open your Campaign's settings by clicking the Name or selecting Settings from the Action gear-wheel drop-down.
The Campaign Settings page will open on the General tab.
4.) Click the Leads tab.
5.) On the Leads tab, scroll down to the bottom of the page.
6.) Click the toggle in the Status column to switch between Active and Inactive.
7.) To change the Status of multiple Lists, click the checkbox at the top left of the Lists table.
8.) Click the green Change Statuses button.
The Change Statuses window will open.
9.) Configure the New Status.
- (A) Select the New Status for these Lists in this drop-down.
- (B) Click the Change Statuses button.
