Overview
This article will show how to Activate and Deactivate a Campaign. Once a Campaign is deactivated, Agents can no longer log in to it and no Leads will be dialed.

Change Campaign Status
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the Campaigns menu option.
The Show Campaigns page will open.
3.) Locate your Campaign. In the Status column, click the toggle to switch between Active and Inactive.
Campaign General Settings
1.) Follow steps 1 & 2 above to open Show Campaigns.
2.) Open your Campaign's settings by clicking the Name or selecting Settings from the Action gear-wheel drop-down.
The Campaign Settings page will open on the General tab.
3.) Click the Status toggle to switch between Active and Inactive.
4.) Click the blue Apply Changes button.
Inactive Due to Low Balance
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the Campaigns menu option.
The Show Campaigns page will open.
For a Campaign that is out of funds you will see a red dollar sign ($) beside the Status toggle.
Please contact your Customer Success Manager to refill your Balance and restore the usage of this Campaign.
