Overview
A Do-Not-Call (DNC) List is a collection of phone numbers the system keeps to ensure they will never be dialed again. The system only filters Leads against the Account's DNC List, not the National or Federal DNC list. In this article, we walk through how to search the numbers in your Account's DNC List(s).

Manage DNC
The Manage DNC page allows Admins to access all the DNC numbers in their Accounts. The system will use only the numbers found on this page to determine which Leads to dial unless your Campaign is configured with DNC Lookup.
Admins can find the Manage DNC page in the Call Center main menu using the DNC option.
DNC Totals
Total DNCs in Account: Click Calculate to see the total DNC numbers in the Account.
Total DNC Capacity: This displays the default number of DNC numbers your Account can hold. Comparing this with the Total DNCs in Account shows how much capacity remains.
Search Fields

(A) Filter By options include:
- Campaign: Filters numbers by specific Campaign's DNC Lists or the Global DNC List.
- Country: Filters numbers by the Lead's Country Code.
- Insert Date: Filters numbers by the Date and Time the Lead appeared on the DNC List.
- Phone Number: Filters numbers by their digits.
- Purpose: Filters numbers by the purpose of the Campaign.
- Reason: Filters numbers by the Reason they were added to the DNC list.

(B) Operators include:
- Is equal to: Results will be an exact match for value(s) in the third field.
- Is greater than: Results will be greater than value(s) in the third field.
- Is greater than or equal to: Results will be an exact match or greater than the value(s) in the third field.
- Is less than: Results will be less than the value(s) in the third field.
- Is less than or equal to: Results will be an exact match or less than the value(s) in the third field.
- Is not equal to: Results will not match the value(s) in the third field.
- Is Not In: Results will not match the value(s) in the third field.
- With/In: Results will be within the value(s) in the third field.
- (C) Depending on the Filter, this field will become a drop-down, calendar, or text field.
- (D) Click the Add Filter to configure additional Filters.

(E) Order By options include:
- Campaign: Sort numbers by specific Campaign's DNC Lists or the Global DNC List.
- Country: Sort numbers by the Lead's Country Code.
- Id: Sort numbers by their Identification number.
- Insert Date: Sort numbers by the Date and Time the Lead appeared on the DNC List.
- Phone Number: Sort numbers by their digits.
- (F) Choose Ascending or Descending from the second drop-down.
- (G) Click this Search button to see the results.
DNC Table
The DNC table displays all of the numbers in the DNC list matching the Admin's search parameters.

Phone number |
The 10-digit phone number that the system cannot dial either for a specific Campaign or the all Campaigns in the Account. |
Campaign |
Lists the specific Campaign or Global when all Campaigns cannot dial. |
Insert Date |
The date and time that a User added the phone number to the DNC list manually or through the DNC Disposition. |
Reason |
Defines the source of the DNC Number:

Purpose |
Defines the purpose of the Campaign that dialed the Lead such as Collections, Commercial Non-Telemarketing, Telemarketing, or Charity. |
Action |
Defines the options for what an Admin can do with the DNC number in a gearwheel drop-down: Edit or Delete. |
DNC Functions
Admins can use these buttons to expand, delete, or export their DNC List.

Remove from DNC: This button allows Admins to upload a CSV file of phone numbers they want to remove from the DNC List.
