Overview
A Do-Not-Call List, or DNC List, is a collection of phone numbers the system keeps to ensure they will never be dialed again. The system only filters Leads against the Account's DNC List, not the National or Federal DNC list.
This article will show how Admins can export data from the DNC List.

Exporting the DNC List
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the DNC menu option.
The Manage DNC page will open.
3.) Configure the Filter By fields.
- (A) Select Campaign.
- (B) Select one or more Campaigns or Global DNC.
4.) Click Export DNC.
Note: There is a limit of 3,000,000 DNC Numbers per Export.
A Success window will appear with a link to the Manage Exports page.
5.) Click the link to see your Exports.
6.) Click the Download button for your DNC Export.
