Overview
A DNC List, or Do Not Call List, is a set of phone numbers the system restricts from dialing. This List is checked just before the call is dialed from the Hopper. Instead of being dialed, it would be marked and removed from the Hopper.
This article will cover uploading one or more numbers to the system's DNC Records.
Note: This system will only filter Leads against the system's DNC Records and not against the Federal or National DNC list.

DNC Capacity
Every Account has a maximum capacity for its DNC List. The Manage DNC page makes it easy to track the number of DNC Records in your Account and determine how many are in your Total DNC Capacity.
Admins can reach the Manage DNC page through the DNC option in the Call Center main menu.
We recommend checking the Total DNCs in Account before making an upload.
- Click Calculate to view your total.
- The total should appear like so.
Upload DNC
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the DNC menu option.
The Manage DNC page will open.
3.) Click the Upload DNC button.
The Upload DNC page will open.
Add a Single Number
- (A) Phone Number: Enter the ten-digit phone number.
- (B) Country: Select the Country Code in this drop-down.
- (C) Campaign: Select whether the DNC will apply to a specific Campaign or Global across the Account.

(D) Reason: Select the source of the DNC:
- DNC: The Lead requested that they no longer receive calls from a voice Campaign.
- DNCT: The Lead requested that they no longer receive calls or texts.
- ConsentRevoked: The Lead revoked their Consent to be contacted for this purpose as defined in the Purpose field.

(E) Purpose: Select the Purpose of the Campaign.
- TELEMKT: Telemarketing Campaign.
- INFORM: Informative Campaign.
- HIPAA: Insurance or Health-related Campaign.
- COLLECT: Collections Campaign.
- NOTIFY: Notify Campaign.
- NONCOMM: Non-Commercial Campaign
- COMMNOTM: Commercial Non-Telemarketing Campaign.
- NONPROF: Non-Profit Tax Exempt Campaign.
- NOTFOUND: Campaign type is not available.
- (F) Add: Click this button to add the number.
A notification will appear confirming the phone number was added to the DNC List.
Upload a File
Allows you to add multiple numbers to the DNC List.
- (A) Upload File: Click Choose File to open your device's file browser.
- (B) File Type: Select the type of file, Comma Separated (.csv) or Tab Delimited (.txt).
- (C) Country: Select the Country Code in this drop-down.
- (D) Campaign: Select whether the DNC will apply to a specific Campaign or Global across the Account.

(E) Reason: Select the source of the DNC:
- DNC: The Lead requested that they no longer receive calls from a voice Campaign.
- DNCT: The Lead requested that they no longer receive calls or texts.

- (G) Upload: Click to upload the file.
Results will appear informing the Admin of how many numbers the system uploaded to the Account.
Note: If the number of DNC Records you attempt to upload exceeds your Total DNC Capacity, your upload will not complete.
