Overview
A Do-Not-Call (DNC) List is a collection of phone numbers the system keeps to ensure they will never be dialed again. The system only filters Leads against the Account's DNC List, not the National or Federal DNC list.
In this article, we discuss one method for deleting numbers from your DNC List. Please keep in mind that this action cannot be undone, so take care when deleting these numbers.
