Overview
The Manage DNC page allows Admins to access all the DNC numbers in their Accounts. The system will use only the numbers on this page to determine which Leads to dial unless your Campaign is configured with DNC Lookup.
This article will walk you through deleting numbers from the DNC with a CSV or TXT file.

Delete DNC in Bulk
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the DNC menu option.
The Manage DNC page will open.
3.) Click Remove from DNC.
The Upload a CSV of Phone Numbers window will open.
4.) Configure your upload.
- (A) Choose File: Select a CSV or TXT file with only phone numbers from your device.
- (B) Country: Select the Country Code for the phone numbers.
- (C) Delete From: Select whether you want to delete these numbers from a specific Campaign's DNC List or all DNC Lists.
5.) Click Remove.
The summary of your upload will appear.
6.) Click Ok.
