Overview
Queues route Inbound and Transfer calls. This article will show how Agents can assign themselves Queues from the Agent Interface.

Choose Queues
1.) Click the User Email Address in the top-right.
2.) Click the Queues menu option.
The Choose Inbound Queues window will open.
3.) Click the checkboxes for the Queues.
4.) Click Save Changes.
Check the Queues menu option to confirm your changes.
