When an internal Blind Transfer fails because one of the participants drops the call. We want to notify the Agent so the Agent can call back the Lead and re-initiate the blind transfer if needed.
Blind Transfer Failed Broadcast
If an Agent-to-Agent Blind Transfer fails while call recording is on, Agents will now receive a Broadcast Message alert. Agents can then decide whether to reach out to the Lead again or make another Transfer attempt.
To make the message disappear, the Agent will need to click the green Acknowledge button.
1.) Why is this a Broadcast Message to acknowledge? Can I see which Admin sent it?
Answer: The Blind Transfer Failed Alert is not a true Broadcast Message. It is an automatic alert sent by the system, not an Admin.
2.) What situation triggers it?
Answer: This alert is triggered when our dialer detects that the Transfer was unsuccessful due to one or more participants dropping the call.
3.) Can I disable the alert?
Answer: At this time, this feature is not customizable, and as such, the alert cannot be disabled.
