Overview
The Lead Form is an important tool for Agents in the Agent Interface. It ensures the relevant information for each Lead is immediately accessible in each call. The accuracy of the Lead data is critical to ensure a successful call.
To ensure that Agents always have the most up-to-date Lead information, we have added a couple of buttons in the Agent Interface that will refresh the Lead data and Script in order to display the most recent versions of each.
When Admins make changes to Scripts or when Lead data is updated, Agents can click these buttons at any point during calls or in between calls to fetch the most recent information and reflect any changes made to the Lead or the Script.

Refresh Lead and Refresh Script
These two buttons have similar names, but they have different functions on the Script tab in the Agent Interface.
Read the details below to learn more about each button, which to use when, and how they work.
Refresh Script
The Refresh Script button refreshes the Script (if changes were made to the Script itself) and reflects the most up-to-date data for the Lead in the Agent Interface.
- Agents can click this button to ensure they are working with the most recent version of the Script and Lead.
- This button then also returns the Agent to the first page of the Script.
Refresh Lead
The Refresh Lead button checks the system for updates made by Users or API in the Admin App, then updates the Lead and Script with the most recent version.
- Agents can click this button to update the Script with the real-time changes to a Lead's data from their records in the Admin App.
- When this is refreshed, the Agent will remain on the same page of the Script they were already viewing.
Using the Refresh Lead Button
1.) Click the CRM icon (white folder).
The CRM panel will open on the Leads tab to the left.
2.) Click one of the Leads to open the Lead Form.
3.) Click the Script tab.
4.) Click the Refresh Lead button.
- Any changes made to the Lead since the Agent accessed their Form will now be reflected in the Lead fields in the Agent Interface.
