Overview
The reputation of a DID (or Caller ID) degrades over time when Leads report the number as Spam Likely or Scam Likely. When the reputation of the number becomes low or bad, it may be time to replace it with a new one. Replacing bad DIDs helps to improve connectivity.

Before You Begin
If the DID (or Inbound Number) being replaced is used as the Caller ID for the Campaign, the new DID will become the Caller ID for the Campaign.
Convoso is introducing an updated Cancellation and Replacement Policy for DID(s). According to the Convoso Services Agreement, when replacing or canceling Active DID(s), Convoso will place these numbers in a Pending Cancellation status for at least 30 days at no additional charge.
While in this status, the DID(s) remain within the account and will only be available to receive callbacks from called parties. These numbers will not be usable for outbound calls while in Pending Cancellation Status.
