Overview
Registering numbers with Free Caller Registry and Call Transparency can reduce your chances of being flagged or auto-blocked as spam. These agencies partner with Hiya, First Orion, and TNS to allow legitimate businesses to safelist their DIDs.
Registering your DIDs with Convoso is a simple process that can help protect your Caller ID Reputation. We have updated this process. Now, Admins can register specific DIDs in each request rather than having to Register all Unregistered DIDs at the same time.

Registering Selected DIDs
1.) Click the Account main menu.
2.) Click the Inbound Numbers menu option.
The Manage DIDs page will open.
3.) Search for the DIDs using the Filter By fields.

(A) Filter By options include:
- ACID List: Filter phone numbers based on their assigned ACID List.
- Caller ID Reputation: Filter numbers based on their reputation with Carriers and the FCC.
- Country: Filter phone numbers from Australia, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
- Created At: Filter numbers by the date they were made.
- DID Stage: Filter numbers by their stage for cancellation, replacement, or release.
- DID Type: Filter phone numbers by DID Types, Inbound, SMS, Dial-in, or SMS Shortcode.
- Inbound Number: Filter or search the DID number.
- Name: Filter phone number by its name.
- Route To: Filter phone number based on where it is routed.
- Status: Filter phone number based on its status. (Active or Off).
- (B) This field and its choices depend on which option you select in the drop-down in part A.
- (C) Order By options include: Country, Created At, DID Type, Inbound Number, Name, Route To, and Status.
- (D) You can then choose Ascending or Descending from the second drop-down.
4.) Click the Search button.
5.) Click the checkbox in the blue header to select all the DIDs on the page. Or manually select the DIDs you would like to edit by clicking individual checkboxes.
- After selecting a single page, if there are additional DIDs, a link will appear beside the total number of DIDs selected to select ALL the DIDs matching your search criteria in the Account.
6.) Click the Register Selected DIDs button.
The Register Selected DIDs window will open.
7.) Fill the form fields:

(A) Business Name:
Enter the name of your company. -
(B) Doing Business As:
(Optional) Enter the name of the company that contracts your call center services. -
(C) Address:
Enter the company's physical address. -
(D) Phone Number:
Enter the company's phone number. -
(E) Country Code:
Automatically filled with your Country Code. -
(F) Website URL:
(Optional) Enter the URL of the company's website. -
(G) Industry:
Select an Industry in the drop-down. -
(H) Employee Count:
Enter the total number of employees. -
(I) Primary Contact Name:
Enter a name for the Primary Contact for this request. -
(J) Primary Contact Email:
Enter an email address for the Primary Contact. -
(K) Primary Contact Phone:
Enter a phone number for the Primary Contact.
A Success window will open.
8.) Click the Close button.
Please note that our team may reach out for additional information after you submit the registration. The Registration process may take 6-7 weeks to complete.
Registration Date
The Registration Date field will update once the request has been processed for your selected DIDs.
