Overview
Agents can listen to and move their Voicemails using the Manage Voicemail page. This article will walk through all of the ways Agents can organize and interact with their Voicemails.

Managing Voicemails
1.) Click the User Email Address in the top-right.
2.) Click the Voicemail menu option.
The Manage Voicemail page will open.
3.) Narrow the list of Voicemail recordings as needed.
- Search bar: Locate specific voicemail recordings by date or phone number.
- Start/End Date: These fields can specify a date range for the voicemails shown. Use the calendar pop-out to select a date and time for each field.
- Order By: Sort Voicemails by Date, Duration, From, Time, or To in Descending or Ascending order.
4.) Click the Search button.
Change Folder
This drop-down allows Agents to change the Folder contents they are viewing.
- Select the Folder you want to view in the drop-down.
Forward To
Forward Voicemails to other Account Users using this drop-down.
1.) Click the Select All checkbox in the header to select all the Voicemails on the page. Or manually select the Voicemail recordings you want to change folders.
2.) Forward to a different User.
- (A) Select User: Choose one of the Account's Users in this drop-down.
- (B) Forward To: Click this button to forward the Voicemails to this User.
A Success window will open.
3.) Click the Close button.
Move To
1.) Click the Select All checkbox in the header to select all the Voicemails on the page. Or manually select the Voicemail recordings you want to change folders.
2.) Move to a different Folder.
- (A) Select Folder: Choose one of your Folders in this drop-down.
- (B) Move To: Click this button to move the Voicemails to this Folder.
A Success window will open.
3.) Click the Close button.
Email To
1.) Click the Select All checkbox in the header to select all the Voicemails on the page. Or manually select the Voicemail recordings you want to change folders.
2.) Email the Voicemail recordings.
- (A) Email Address: Enter the email address to receive the Voicemail recordings.
- (B) Email To: Click this button to send the Voicemail recordings.
A Success window will open.
3.) Click the Close button.
Listen to Voicemails
1.) Open the Manage Voicemail page.
2.) Narrow the list of Voicemail recordings as needed.
- Search bar: Locate specific voicemail recordings by date or phone number.
- Start/End Date: These fields can specify a date range for the voicemails shown. Use the calendar pop-out to select a date and time for each field.
- Order By: Sort Voicemails by Date, Duration, From, Time, or To in Descending or Ascending order.
3.) Click the Search button.
4.) Use the Play Icons as needed.
From left to right
- Play: This arrow icon will play the Voicemail recording.
- Stop: This square icon will stop the playback of the Voicemail recording.
- Download: This icon will download the Voicemail recording to your device.
Deleting Voicemails
1.) Open the Manage Voicemail page.
2.) Narrow the list of Voicemail recordings as needed.
- Search bar: Locate specific voicemail recordings by date or phone number.
- Start/End Date: These fields can specify a date range for the voicemails shown. Use the calendar pop-out to select a date and time for each field.
- Order By: Sort Voicemails by Date, Duration, From, Time, or To in Descending or Ascending order.
3.) Click the Search button.
4.) Click the Select All checkbox in the header to select all the Voicemails on the page. Or manually select the Voicemail recordings you want to change folders.
5.) Scroll to the bottom and click the Delete Items button.
