Overview
Agents can easily locate specific Leads in the CRM panel. This article will discuss how Agents can use the search and Filters to find specific Leads in the Agent Interface.

Using Leads Search
1.) Click the CRM icon (white folder).
The CRM panel will open on the Leads tab to the left.
2.) Type your query into the Search bar:
- Lead's First Name (Must be exact spelling.)
- Lead's Last Name (Must be exact spelling.)
- Lead's Phone Number
- Lead ID
3.) Click the Lead to open the Lead Form.
Applying Filters
1.) Click the Filters button.
The Add Filters window will open on the Static Filters tab.
2.) Configure your Filters as needed.
- (A) Static Filters: This tab will show all Default Filters.
- (B) Custom Filters: This tab will show Filters created by the Admin for this Lead Form.
- (C) Enter values for Filters such as Work Phone.
- (D) Select values from the drop-down for Filters such as Campaigns.
- (E) Click the close (x) button to remove Filters.
3.) Click the Apply button.
The Filters button will now have a blue indicator. This is a reminder that Filters are applied to your Search.
