Overview
In the Agent Interface, Agents can log into a single Campaign or a Campaign Group. Agents may need to change Campaigns or Groups. This article will discuss how Agents can make this switch without logging out.
Note: Whether Agents can change Campaigns using the Switch Campaigns button depends on their permissions in the Agent Interface Options tab in User Settings.

Switching Campaigns
1.) Click the Status menu.
2.) Click a Not Ready Status. (These are the options highlighted in red.)
3.) Click the Switch Campaigns button.
4.) Click the Select drop-down and select a Campaign or Campaign Group.
5.) Set the Status to Available to receive calls.
Agents can see the Campaign they are accessing at the bottom left.
