Overview
Campaign Registries are required to activate an SMS Campaign and send messages. SMS Campaigns of the same type can be linked to a single Campaign Registry. This article will walk through editing a Campaign Registry.

Before You Begin
- SMS Campaigns need a Campaign Registry.
- Campaign Registry needs a Brand that is Verified; you cannot activate SMS Campaigns without a Verified Brand.
- Without a Campaign Registry, messages with links are more likely to be blocked.
- Organizations that do not use Campaign Registry will likely see delivery rates drop.

Editing a Campaign Registry
1.) Click the Apps main menu.
2.) Click the Campaign Registry menu option.
The Manage Campaign Registry page will open.
3.) Click the Settings option in the Action gearwheel drop-down.
The Edit Campaign Registry page will open.
4.) Edit the Campaign Details as needed.
- (A) Campaign Name: The name used to identify the Campaign Registry throughout the system.
- (B) Status: This field displays whether the Registry is Active or Inactive.
- (C) Use Case: This field displays the Use Case chosen when an Admin created the Campaign Registry.
- (D) Linked Campaigns: Displayed here are the Campaigns linked to this Campaign Registry.
- (E) Campaign Description: A statement with a minimum of 40 characters describing the purpose of the linked Campaigns.
- (F) Message Flow: Call-to-Action with a minimum of 40 characters describing all the methods for opting-in to the Campaign.
- (G) Terms & Conditions Link: A valid URL for the Terms & Conditions of the Campaign. The URL must contain https://.
- (H) Privacy Policy Link: A valid URL for the Privacy Policy of the Campaign. The URL must contain https://.
Note: Edits to the Campaign Registry will not be saved if the Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy fields are blank.
5.) Edit the Sample Message(s) as needed. Your sample SMS Messages have a minimum length of 20 and a maximum length of 1,024 characters.
- Click the Add Sample Message button to enter new messages.
- Click the minus button to remove Sample Messages.
6.) Edit the Campaign and Content Attributes as needed.
Opt-In Settings
- Opt-In Message: The response SMS sent to Leads who choose to receive messages.
- Add Opt-In Status: This button creates a blank Opt-In Status.
- Value: Term or phrase the system is trying to match, signifying the Lead wants to receive messages.

Match Type:
- Contains - Response will be valid as long as the content contains the Value.
- Exact - Response will only be valid if the content matches the exact Value.
- Status: The Status or Disposition assigned to Leads that Opt-In based on this Value.
Opt-Out Settings
- Opt-Out Message: The response SMS sent to Leads who choose not to receive messages.
- Add Opt-Out Status: This button creates a blank Opt-Out Status.
- Value: Term or phrase the system is trying to match, signifying the Lead does not want to receive messages.

Match Type:
- Contains - Response will be valid as long as the content contains the Value.
- Exact - Response will only be valid if the content matches the exact Value.
- Status: The Status or Disposition assigned to Leads that Opt-Out based on this Value.
Help Settings
- Help Message: The response SMS sent to Leads who wants more information.
- Add Help Status: This button creates a blank Help Status.
- Value: Term or phrase the system is trying to match, signifying the Lead wants more information.

7.) Click the Apply Changes button.
