Overview
The Power Dial Method allows Admins to set a ratio for dialing Leads based on the number of Agents logged into the Campaign. The higher the Dial Level the more Leads are called at a time, and lowering it decreases the rate Leads are dialed.
Before raising your Dial Level it is best to check your Drop Rating to ensure it does not go over 3%.

Edit the Power Dial Level
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the Campaigns menu option.
The Show Campaigns page will open.
3.) Click the Name of a Campaign to open the settings.
The Campaign Settings will open on the General tab.
4.) Click the Outbound Settings tab.
5.) Select Power Dial in the Dial Method drop-down.
6.) Configure the Dial Level.
- Dial Level Increments:
- Incremented by 0.1 for Dial Levels 1 to 10.
- Example: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc.
- Incremented by 1 for Dial Levels 11 to 29.
- Incremented by 10 for Dial Levels 30 to 99.
- Incremented by 20 for Dial Levels 100 to max.
- Incremented by 0.1 for Dial Levels 1 to 10.
Example: The dial level is 1.5, and there are 4 agents Available. The system will dial 6 leads.
7.) Click the Apply Changes button.
