Feature Update - Campaign List Mix Update
List Mix is a Campaign feature that allows an Admin to prioritize calling Leads from multiple Lists within a Campaign. Within List Mix, an Admin can set a percentage of each List for the system to dial.
Now, Admins can Clone their Disposition configuration when adding Lists to their Mix. This update saves time as they no longer have to select the Dispositions for each List within the Mix.

Time Zone Conversion Update |
As many States implement independent restrictions on Outbound calling and SMS, Time Zone conversion becomes vital to compliance. We have updated the Time Zone Conversion setting. The new Area Code or Address Time Zone Conversion setting is used to determine whether we use an Area Code or an Address when processing conversions. When set to Address, the setting will utilize Zip Codes when available rather than just the State to process Time Zone Conversions. |

Dispositions
A five-day delay is now being applied to the following Dispositions/Statuses:
CG (Congested)
DC (Disconnected)
NORD (Network out of Order)
OI (Operator Intercept)
This update will improve system stability and will apply to all outbound calls with these Dispositions.
For both Standard and Workflow Dialing, the Attempt Second Delay settings for these Dispositions will automatically update to reflect the 5-day delay. The system will also ensure that new Dialable Dispositions with these Statuses are pre-configured with this delay.
Standard Dialing: (at least 432,000 seconds)
