Feature Update - CallCatalyst™
CallCatalyst™ is our new solution for teams wanting to dial more conservatively with an emphasis on compliance. It provides high-productivity manual dialing with the same efficiencies you love about Convoso's other dialers.
CallCatalyst™ is a new Account type for all-manual dialing. With human-initiated dialing, these Accounts can remain compliant despite the ever-changing restrictions around auto-dialing.
CallCatalyst™ also refers to a new Campaign Type with a role for initiating calls in a one-to-many dialing model.

Time Zone Conversion Update |
As many States implement independent restrictions on Outbound calling and SMS, Time Zone conversion becomes vital to compliance. We have updated the Time Zone Conversion setting. The new Area Code or Address Time Zone Conversion setting is used to determine whether we use an Area Code or an Address when processing conversions. When set to Address, the setting will utilize Zip Codes when available rather than just the State to process Time Zone Conversions.

Our new advanced Caller ID reputation management solution offers a suite of tools to streamline Caller ID Management, improve reputation, increase call deliverability, and drive more revenue. A new Dashboard provides valuable insight into DIDs' Reputation and how they impact overall performance. The dialing cap feature allows Admins to set daily call limits for their ACID Lists. Automated Remediation settings allow Admins to rest and reactivate a portion of their flagged/blocked DIDs to recover their reputations.

SMS/Campaign Registry Updates

Updates have been made to SMS and Campaign Registry. SMS settings have been integrated with Virtual Agent Campaigns, eliminating the need to link them with SMS Campaigns. One Campaign Registry can link to multiple SMS-enabled Campaigns. Campaign Registry's Status can be tracked on Manage Campaign Registry and in the Campaign Registry Settings.
