Feature Update - ClearCallerID Pro™
Our new advanced Caller ID reputation management solution offers a suite of tools to streamline Caller ID Management, improve reputation, increase call deliverability, and drive more revenue.
A new Dashboard provides valuable insight into DIDs' Reputation and how they impact overall performance. The dialing cap feature allows Admins to set daily call limits for their ACID Lists. Automated Remediation settings allow Admins to rest and reactivate a portion of their flagged/blocked DIDs to recover their reputations.
Automated alerts will keep Admins informed about their DIDs and recommend actions to take.

SMS/Campaign Registry Updates |
Updates have been made to SMS and Campaign Registry. SMS settings have been integrated with Virtual Agent Campaigns, eliminating the need to link them with SMS Campaigns. One Campaign Registry can link to multiple SMS-enabled Campaigns. Campaign Registry's Status can be tracked on Manage Campaign Registry and in the Campaign Registry Settings. |

Customer Billing View |
Convoso's new Customer Billing View provides Admins with real-time billing insights. Easily track credit usage, access invoice history, and view active subscriptions. Users can view their past invoices in the Invoices History tab and download invoices directly from this page. In the Subscriptions tab, they can track current subscriptions and calculate their recurring costs. The Minute/Credit Balance modal has relocated to the Minutes/Credits tab. |

Feedback Widget |
Now, Admins can submit, track, and prioritize feature requests in one portal. The portal is easily accessed through the Submit a Request button in the Admin app. Users can utilize the Feedback Widget or open the full Web Portal in a separate tab. |
