Feature Update - Customer Billing View
We've made your billing information more accessible. Convoso's new Customer Billing View provides Admins with real-time billing insights. Easily track credit usage, access invoice history, and view active subscriptions.
Users can view their past invoices in the Invoices History tab and download invoices directly from this page. In the Subscriptions tab, they can track current subscriptions and calculate their recurring costs. The Minute/Credit Balance modal has relocated to the Minutes/Credits tab.

Feedback Widget |
Now, Admins can submit, track, and prioritize feature requests in one portal. The portal is easily accessed through the Submit a Request button in the Admin app. Users can utilize the Feedback Widget or open the full Web Portal in a separate tab. |

CCID Automated Remediation |
The ClearCallerID Dashboard (CCID) gives real-time data on the flagged status of your phone numbers. We rolled out Automated Remediation Management (ARM) as an extension to simplify the process of ensuring Campaigns are using clean numbers. ARM will automatically Rest a set percentage of your flagged numbers when enabled. Resting numbers will not be used for dialing. The numbers will be cycled back into an Active status as the flags go away. |

Single Sign-On |
Say hello to Convoso's new Single Sign-On feature. Previously, Convoso's SSO capabilities were less customizable. Admins will now have the ability to configure their Single Sign-On settings based on the needs of their Account. We want to simplify ease of access and take away the need for Agents and Admins to maintain multiple logins for multiple platforms. |

Convoso in the Know
What to know about Convoso
Convoso's standard call recording storage is for 30 days. During these 30 days, Admins can playback and download Call Recordings. Past this period, recordings will no longer be accessible in Convoso's system, per the Convoso Services Agreement.
To retain previous Call Recordings outside Convoso's system, Admins can download or push them to an FTP Server.
