How Does Long-Term Storage Work?
Customers can get started with Long-term Storage by contacting their Customer Success Manager. As an Add-on feature, Long-term Storage comes at an additional cost.
Once activated, all Call Recordings and Call Logs will remain available for up to 12 months on a rolling basis. Recordings created before activation will not remain available for a year after they are created.
The 12-month time period starts when Long-term Storage is officially active on the Account.
