How Does Call Recording Storage Work?
Customers can get started with extended storage by contacting their Customer Success Manager. As an Add-on feature, extended storage comes at an additional cost.
Once activated, all Call Recordings will remain available for a minimum of one (1) year on a rolling basis. Recordings created before activation will not remain available for seven years from their creation. Current extended storage customers can expect their inventory to be retained for seven years after switching over.
The seven-year period starts once Call Recording Storage is officially active on the Account.
