Convoso's Dialer has joined Talkdesk's Marketplace of integrations. Convoso's Support team looks forward to providing the same high-quality customer support to our new Talkdesk customers.
In this article, we will review which issues are the responsibility of Convoso's Support and which should be directed to Talkdesk's Support resources.

Accessing Convoso
Talkdesk customers will access the Convoso system from their Talkdesk Dashboard. All they need to do is locate the Convoso application and click it to enter.
- Admins will be directed to the Dashboard in our Admin app when they log in.
- Agents will be directed to the Dashboard in our Agent Console when they log in.
Returning to Talkdesk
Users can return to the Talkdesk Dashboard at any time by clicking the Talkdesk header.
Support Policy
Convoso's Support team will service any issues Users encounter when using our Admin app or Agent Console.
