Overview
When using Lead Ownership, Admins may need to reassign Leads to different Agents. An Agent might be struggling under their current workload or may have left the company. We will walk through transferring ownership to a different Agent.

Before You Begin

Lead Ownership allows Agents to cultivate relationships with specific Leads.
- To learn more about setting up Lead Ownership, see Lead Ownership.
- This process allows Admins to transfer Leads based on Status.
- If you want to transfer Leads based on different criteria or manually select Leads, see Mass Edit Leads.
Reassigning Leads in User Settings
1.) Click the Account main menu.
2.) Click the Users menu option.
The Show Users page will open.
3.) Click the Agent's email address to open their settings.
The User Settings page will open on the Credentials tab.
4.) Click the Lead Assign tab.
5.) Reassign Leads to another User.
- (A) Re-assign leads with: Select a Status in this drop-down to determine which Leads will be transferred.
- (B) To: Choose a User in this drop-down to receive these Leads.
6.) Click the Re-assign Leads button to transfer the Leads.
