Overview
Agents can view their SMS Logs in the Agent Interface. These Logs display messages exchanged with Leads directly and messages from prospective Leads not previously in the Account.

Before You Begin

SMS Logs give an overview of an Agent's SMS History; for a more detailed look at specific conversations, Agents should use the SMS tab in the CRM panel.

- The Agent SMS Logs are modeled after the SMS Logs in the Admin App and are well suited for reporting data related to the Agent's SMS History.
Viewing the Agent SMS Logs
1.) Click the Email Address Menu.
2.) Click the SMS Logs menu option.
The SMS Logs page will open.
3.) Enter a Start and End Date in the Date fields to limit the Logs to a specific range.
4.) Narrow the results using the Filter By fields.

(A) Filter By options include:
- Action: Filter messages based on whether they were Inbound or Outbound.
- Campaign: Filter messages based on the Campaign.
- Country: Filter messages based on the Country of the Lead.
- Created At: Filter messages based on when the message was sent or received.
- From DID: Filter messages based on the DID that sent or received the SMS.
- ID: Filter messages based on their Identification number.
- Lead ID: Filter messages based on the Lead's identification number.
- List: Filter messages based on the Lead List.
- Status: Filter messages based on the SMS Status.
- To Phone Number: Filter messages based on the Lead's phone number.

User: Filter messages based on the User that received the SMS.
- System SMS User refers to messages sent by prospective Leads that were not previously in the Account.

(B) Operator options include:
- Is equal to: Matches the value(s) in field C.
- Is greater than: Larger than the value(s) in field C.
- Is greater than or equal to: Larger than or matches the value(s) in field C.
- Is less than: Less than the value(s) in field C.

Is less than or equal to: Less than or matches the value(s) in field C.

Is not equal to: Does not match the value(s) in field C.
- Is Not In: Does not have the value(s) in field C.
- Is Not Null: Turns off field C.
- Is Null: Turns off field C.
- With/In: Matches any part of the value(s) in field C.
- (C) This field and its choices depend on which option you select in the drop-down in fields A and B.
- (D) Order By options include Action, Country, Created At, From DID, ID, and Status.
- (E) You can then choose Ascending or Descending from the second drop-down.
5.) Click the green Search button.
The results will be shown in the table below.
