What is Set Lead Calling Order?

Set Lead Calling Order is one of Convoso's vast features that allows you to gain better control over your Leads. It refers to a group of settings that will enable you to customize how your Leads are pulled by the Hopper and prioritized for calls.

These controls are configured within the Campaign Settings Leads tab.

Lead Calling Order Settings

Below, we will define the parameters of each setting so that you can maximize their effectiveness.

• (A) Primary Lead Order:
  This parameter arranges your Leads before loading them to the Hopper.

• (B) Secondary Lead Order:
  This parameter arranges your Leads once they are loaded in the Hopper.

• (C) Use List Mix:
  The List Mix feature allows you to dictate which List or Lists must be prioritized to fill the Campaign's Hopper based on the preferred percentage. 
  • The Secondary Lead Order takes effect once leads are loaded in the Hopper, regardless of the List Mix configuration, except for Random.

• (D) Lead Order Randomizer:
  Once enabled, it will randomize the Primary Lead Order. The Secondary Lead Order takes effect once the Leads are loaded in the Hopper.
• (E) Hopper Priority Call Order:
  Configuration dictates which Leads will be called first based on the Hopper Priority configured on the Lead's Disposition or List. If Leads have similar Hopper Priority levels, the system determines priority based on Hopper ID.

• (F) Secondary Hopper Priority Call Order:
  Determines which Lead will be dialed first when multiple Leads have the same priority.

  Determines which value is used by the Secondary Hopper Priority Call Order.
