Overview
Here, we will discuss how to search for your DIDs. Inbound Numbers, or DIDs, are the phone numbers your Leads can dial to contact your Agents.
We will also look at how to change how your DIDs are displayed within your Account. Convoso's system shows your DIDs in an adjustable table to suit different Admin's needs.

Search Account DIDs
1.) Click the Account main menu option.
2.) Click the Inbound Numbers menu option.
The Manage DIDs page will open.
Note: If you see this Global Settings-Default Caller ID window, the phone number set in the Default Caller ID (Account Settings) is not owned by Convoso. You need to change it to a DID number owned by Convoso.
3.) Search for the DIDs using the Filter By fields.
Filter By options include:

| ACID List | Filter phone numbers based on their assigned ACID List. |
| AT&T Health Score | Health Score specific to AT&T performance. |
| Caller ID Reputation | Filter numbers based on their reputation with carriers and the FCC. |
| Calls Today | Filter numbers based on how many calls they made today. |
| Country | Filter numbers from Australia, the United Kingdom, or the United States. |
| Created At | Filter numbers by the date they were created. |
| DID Stage | Filter numbers by their stage (cancellation, replacement, or release). |
| DID Type | Filter by DID type (Inbound, SMS, Dial-in, SMS Shortcode). |
| Inbound Number | Search or filter by the DID number. |
| Name | Filter phone numbers by name. |
| Other Health Score | The average health score for carriers other than the major three that are displayed on the Health Score Dashboard. |
| Registration Date | The date the number was registered. |
| Route To | Filter based on where the phone number routes calls. |
| Route Unknown Call To | Where unknown calls are being routed. |
| Status | Filter by the Status of the phone number (Active or Off). |
| T-Mobile Health Score | Health Score specific to T-Mobile performance. |
| Verizon Health Score | Health Score specific to Verizon performance. |
The options in the second Filter By field depend on which option you select in the first drop-down.
- See examples below, the selection in the first field changes the options available in the second field.

Order By options include: Country, Created At, DID Type, Inbound Number, Name, Route To, and Status.
- You can then choose Ascending or Descending from the second drop-down.
4.) Click the Search button.
- The results will be displayed in the table below.
Adjusting DID Table Columns
1.) Click the Show/Hide Columns button to select which columns you want displayed in the results table.
The Show/Columns window will open.

Name |
The name or identifier of the DID. |
Inbound Number |
The phone number itself; the number in this column is linked to the Inbound Number Settings. |
AT&T Health Score |
Shows a Health Score of 1–100 based on the last 150 calls from that carrier. |
T-Mobile Health Score |
Shows a Health Score of 1–100 based on the last 150 calls from that carrier. |
Verizon Health Score |
Shows a Health Score of 1–100 based on the last 150 calls from that carrier. |
Other Health Score |
A combined health score for all other carriers that are not AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon. |
DID Stage |
Displays the stages for DIDs being Released, Replaced, or Cancelled. |
DID Type |
This column will always display Inbound/SMS. |
Route To |
Refers to the type of destination the number will route to, such as Call Center Queues or Extensions. |
Route Unknown Call To |
Route destination (e.g., Call Center Queues, Announcements, Directory, etc.). |
Destination |
Refers to the specific destination that the number will route directly to, such as General Queue or <2006> Agent 1. |
ACID List |
Displays the ACID List that the DID is assigned to. |
Created At |
Displays the time and date when the DID was created. |
Action |
Refers to the Action column, which holds the gearwheel drop-down. |
Registration Date |
Displays the date and time for when the DID was registered. |
Calls Today |
Displays the number of calls placed with that DID in the last 24 hours. |
Status |
Indicates whether the number is Active or Inactive. |
As part of Convoso's Ignite, the Health Score columns will display a colored dot and number according to the Health Score color code and rating Legend:
Green: Good (51–100) Likely not flagged or blocked.
Yellow: Moderate (31–50) Average performing with potential to change.
Red: Poor (0–30) Likely flagged and/or blocked.
Gray: Unknown (N/A) Not enough data to determine a score.

2.) Check or uncheck the Checkboxes for the columns you want to either Hide or Show in the results table.
3.) Click the Save button.
Note: To increase the number of DIDs shown on a single page, click the numbered buttons to the left below your table.
