Convoso Ignite is a new software suite that provides insight into DIDs' health and automated DID management. These automations will reduce Admins' manual work and potential consulting fees while protecting the health of their DIDs.

What is Convoso Ignite?
The Convoso Ignite suite has three primary services. When adding Convoso Ignite to their account, clients can pay to access all or a portion of these services.

Ignite takes a proactive approach to managing DID reputation and connection rates. Instead of reacting to flagging or burnout, it keeps Admins ahead of performance dips.
It automates procurement, DID scoring, routing, and prioritization, reducing manual work and human error.

DID Procurement Automation
DID Procurement Automation is a feature that automates DID purchasing in ACID Lists. Admins enable this service for each ACID List.
Procurement Automation monitors call volume and orders new DIDs as needed. Built-in guardrails ensure that the system only purchases DIDs when it cannot find the numbers required within the Account's inventory.
This feature lowers operational costs and ensures consistent coverage without manual intervention.

DID Health Score
DID Health Score is a rich, multi-faceted algorithmic scoring of DID health.
The algorithm behind these scores will continue to advance as we learn more about DIDs and connection rate obstacles.
Using this feature, Admins can track the Health of their reputation based on connection rate. Each DID will have three scores for the major Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.
This feature from Convoso Ignite will replace the Reputation Check portion of the deprecated ClearCallerID.

Dialing Optimization
Dialing Optimization is a feature that informs a Campaign's dialing in real-time. This feature determines which DIDs are used and how often.
It will use DID Health Scores to determine which DIDs to prioritize when dialing a Lead. The system will use the DIDs with the highest score to ensure a better connection rate and reduce spam flags.
Additionally, it will ensure that the same DID cannot be used more than once every 30 seconds.
Once the system uses all DIDs assigned to a single area code, it cascades to the first phone number in the next closest area code grouping.

ACID List A/B Testing
To ease client concerns about using Convoso Ignite, Convoso has now controlled A/B Testing of ACID Lists.
Trying new and different services can take weeks, if not months, to determine success, and it is very risky. The A/B Testing approach lets customers test new services without committing 100% of their calls by distributing them across multiple ACID Lists based on predefined ratios.
With A/B Testing, our customers can try out these services without committing 100% of their traffic. This feature will now allow customers to use multiple ACID Lists in a Campaign and define call traffic ratios. There's a Parent ACID list and multiple Children ACID Lists, where you can define the traffic that is assigned to the parent.
