Overview
Sometimes, an Admin may need to grant many Users access to a Queue in the Admin app. This task can be tedious when changing each User's Admin Data Access Level configuration in their settings. The Admin Data Access tab in Queue Settings allows the Admin to easily adjust access for multiple Users.

Configure Admin Data Access
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the Call Center Queues menu option.
The Show Queues page will open.
3.) Click the Queue's Name.
The Queue Settings page will open.
4.) Click Admin Data Access.
5.) Configure which Users can access this Queue.
Highlight Users with your mouse and move them to Can Access Queues.
- Move Individual Users by clicking the < or > buttons.
- To move all Users, click the << or >> button.
6.) Click Apply Changes.
You can also configure the Agent Monitor Queue Access Level from this page.
Select which users can access Queues from the Agent Monitor.
Note: Only users with Restricted Admin Queue Access will be shown on this tab.
