Overview
Dial-able Statuses allow Admins to designate which Lead Statuses are redialed and how often. Admins have a choice between Workflow-Based Dialing and Standard Lead Recycle.
Workflow Dialing allows for more variation in how often a Lead is dialed by allowing for custom delays for different call counts.
Standard Dialing designates a specific delay between each attempt and puts a maximum limit on the attempts made before a Lead List is reset.
With both types of dialing, Admins can clone the Dial-able Status configurations from one Campaign or List, saving them time when setting up a new Campaign or Lead List.

Clone Dial-able Statuses
1.) Click the Call Center menu.
2.) Click the Campaigns menu option.
The Show Campaigns page will open.
3.) Click the name of a Campaign to open the settings.
The Campaign Settings will open on the General tab.
4.) Click the Dispositions tab.
5.) Clone Dial-able Dispositions:

(A) Source: Select a Campaign or Default in the drop-down.
- Default: Clones a selection of default Statuses and Delays.
- Campaign Name: Clones the Dial-able Statuses from a specific Campaign.
- List Name: Clones the Dial-able Statuses from a specific Lead List.
- (B) Clone: Click this button to clone the selected Dispositions.
A confirmation window will open.
6.) Click Clone to continue.
A success window will open.
7.) Click Close.
