Overview
Campaign Quotas enable Admins to set hourly, daily, or weekly goals based on Status. These goals will apply to all the Leads dialed in a Campaign.

Before You Begin
Campaign Quota Settings will apply retroactively when updated or enabled after Agents have placed calls within the day/hour.
Configuring Campaign Quota Settings
1.) Click the Call Center menu.
2.) Click the Campaigns menu option.
The Show Campaigns page will open.
3.) Click the name of a Campaign to open the settings.
The Campaign Settings will open on the General tab.
4.) Click the Advanced Configurations drop-down.
5.) Click the Quota option.
The Campaign Quota settings page will open.
6.) Configure the Campaign Quota Settings.

(A) Active:
Click the toggle to Yes to enable. -
(B) Notify Agents When:
Select when Agents are notified that they have reached a Quota.- Never: Agents are never to be notified when a List Quota is met.
- Any Quota is reached: Agents will be notified when any of the List Quotas are met.
- All Quotas are reached: Agents will be notified when all the List Quotas are met.

(C) Disable Campaign When:
Select when to disable the Campaign based on the Campaign Quotas.- Never: The Campaign is never disabled when a Campaign Quota is met.
- Any Quota is reached: The Campaign is disabled when any Campaign Quota is met.
- All Quotas are reached: The Campaign is disabled when all the Campaign Quotas are met.
Note: When updating Quota Settings during business hours, remember that the Campaign can be disabled based on calls already placed.
7.) Configure your Quotas as needed.
Add Quotas
Click the Add Quota button.
- Hourly
- Daily
The Add Quota window will open.
Configure your Quota as needed.

(A) Statuses: Select the Statuses/Dispositions in this drop-down.
- Type the Status to narrow down the list.
- (B) Required Quota: Enter the number of times the Status(es) can appear in one hour.
- (C) Add Quota: Click this button to save the Quota settings.
Repeat the steps above for all the new Quotas you would like to add.
Edit a Quota
Click the Edit button for the Quota.
The Edit Quota window will open.
Edit as needed.

(A) Statuses: Edit the Statuses/Dispositions in this drop-down.
- Type the Status to narrow down the list.
- (B) Required Quota: Enter the number of times the Status(es) can appear in one hour.
- (C) Apply: Click this button to save the Quota settings.
Repeat the steps above for all the Quotas you would like to edit.
8.) Click Apply Changes.
