The purpose of this feature is to limit the Leads in the Hopper to the current Hopper Level. 

The system will compensate the Leads when filling the Hopper by adding more when the Hopper is almost empty. 

For Example: The level of the Hopper is at 1000, when using the system your Hopper Leads can go above 1000 based on factors such as Lead Recycle, API inserted Leads, etc.

By enabling the Auto Trim Hopper, you will limit the Leads in the Hopper to the Hopper Level.

1.) On the Admin Account Dashboard click the Call Center main menu.

2.) Click the Campaigns menu option.

The Campaign Settings Page will open.

3.) Click the Hopper tab.

4.) In the Settings section of the Hopper tab, find the Auto Trim Hopper field.

5.) Click the slide option from Disabled to Enabled.

Note: This feature automatically removes Leads from the Hopper in excess of the Hopper Level. This will not affect Lead Recycle, List Mix, or New Leads inserted in Lead Call Order (2nd New, 3rd New, etc.)

6.) Click the blue Apply Changes button.
