A Disposition Note is a predefined text that the agent can select in the Disposition Window.
This is commonly used for sorting leads and is helpful to the admins when generating specific reports.

Once the Disposition note is added, continue on to the next steps.
From the Dashboard, click on Call Center and select Campaigns from the drop down.
Search the campaign you want to configure. Click on the Action button and select Settings.
Click the Campaign that you want to assign the disposition note and go to settings.
Click the Advanced Configuration.
Select the Disposition note and click the arrow pointing to left and Apply the changes.
