While in a live call, click on Transfer Button
Transfer Conference Functions window will appear. Click on Predefined Numbers Tab
The agent will see a list of Predefined Numbers.
Note: You can also use the Search field to search for Predefined numbers.
There are 3 options to contact the Predefined numbers.
- Call - Dials the Predefined number while the lead is on the line. Agent, Lead and the Predefined number will be in a 3-way call.
To leave the conference, leaving the Lead and Transfer Number still connected, click on Leave Conference Call.
- Hold & Call - Put the lead on hold and dial the Predefined number.
- Blind Transfer - Transfers the call directly to the Predefined number and ends the call immediately without talking to anyone.
To hang up the Transfer line, the agent will need to hit the X button beside the phone number found in the upper right of the Transfer window
To adjust the volume of the transfer line, click on the volume up and down icons
Note: If the agent is on a 3-Way Call and Fronter Agent clicked the Hangup or Wrap up button, there will be a corresponding notification that will show and will also prevent the Fronter Agent to initiate the action.
