Overview
This feature allows Agents to select their Caller ID when placing Manual Calls to Leads. They can choose between the Campaign's Caller ID or their personal Caller ID. Using their personal Caller ID makes it easier for a Lead calling back to reach the Agent directly.

Before You Begin
- Agents can only use this feature if an Admin enabled it in their Agent Interface Options settings.

Choosing Caller ID
1.) Choose a Not Ready Status.
2.) Click the white folder icon to open the CRM.
3.) Enter the Lead's name in the Search bar.
The Lead Form will open with the Lead's data.
4.) Click the ID button for the phone number you want to dial.
5.) Select Agent CID or Campaign CID.
6.) Click the green phone button to make the call.
The system will dial the Lead and the Caller ID chosen will display on the Lead's phone.
