This FAQ will guide you on how to make a manual call to a lead that is not yet in the system. Please note, if the Create Lead button does not appear for you, this can be added by your admin.
To call a lead that is not yet in the system, first you have to create a lead profile for it.
Click on the Folder Icon found in the upper left side of the agent interface, this will open the CRM.
Click on Create Lead button to open a new lead info sheet.
Fill in New Lead sheet with the necessary information and click on the Create Lead button in the bottom right of the page. NOTE: All boxes highlighted with red are mandatory fields.
You may now call the Lead by clicking on the Phone Icon beside its phone number.
