Overview
Once all of the Agents have logged out of a Campaign, the system will empty the Hopper. However, Leads inserted by Workflow Automation will remain. This article will demonstrate how to remove these Workflow Automation Leads from the Hopper.

Empty Hopper with WA Leads
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the Campaigns menu option.
The Show Campaigns page will open.
3.) Open your Campaign's settings by clicking the Name.
The Campaign Settings page will open on the General tab.
4.) Click the Hopper tab.
5.) Click the Remove Leads with WA Hopper Source toggle to Yes.
6.) Click the Empty Hopper button.
