Overview
Admins can choose between prioritizing Inbound or Outbound calls to be answered first. Inbound is the priority by default, but Campaigns allow Admins to change it.

Before You Begin

Lead Calling Order determines how Leads are prioritized for contact.

Configure the Outbound Call Priority
1.) Click the Call Center main menu.
2.) Click the Campaigns menu option.
The Show Campaigns page will open.
3.) Click the Campaign's Name to open the settings.
The Campaign Settings page will open on the General tab.
4.) Click the Inbound Settings tab.
5.) Select the Outbound Call Priority (-99-99) in the drop-down.
- A lower number gives more priority to Inbound calls.
6.) Click the Apply Changes button.
